Gustav Plato is the CEO and founder of iiGrowth. He is a consultant and advisor to entrepreneurs and business leaders on driving business growth. Gustav guides iiGrowth clients in creating strategic change initiatives, accelerating execution through portfolio management, and identifying financing/resourcing alternatives.

He has over 25 years of consulting experience in strategic, organizational & transformational, and restructuring services. He ‎has led strategy development and implementation programs in sectors such as chemicals, information technology (software and computer hardware), electronic equipment, health care, transportation, retail, higher education, government (defense, homeland security, and civilian agencies), and numerous other industries.

Prior to founding iiGrowth Gustav worked for international consultancies such as Coopers & Lybrand and IBM and strategy boutiques such as Touchstone Consulting. He is the Author of Activity Based Management in Government. He is also Founder and President of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce in the Americas. He has a BS in Economics from George Mason University and is a certified management consultant.
